Nature Precedings

Nature has a new website call Precedings which is supposed to act like an arxiv for the biological sciences.  Oh, and look you can vote for papers ;)

    Can physics research papers be published here directly for peer review, without going through JET or APS?

    I would like to publish results of an experiment that will be performed I will perform in the near future is this an appropriate site?
